Land

Our focus area is South Florida where we have comprehensive knowledge regarding every location, every kind of land property and its potential for value appreciation. Our experience and market knowledge also allows us to advise clients on whether a property is priced right or when negotiations will be fruitful and to what extent. Our core criteria for land acquisition is that it should be suitable for development projects, residential, retail and mixed use are our prime target. We deal with minimum deal size of 25,000sqf upwards.

Development

We have proven expertise in development and we welcome our clients to visit these sites to gain a deeper insight into our quality of work, design and construction process. Our expertise in development is not limited to one genre and we are happy to take up projects that challenge our skills. We welcome clients to look at our recently completed projects, Victoria Park Townhomes and The Filling Station Loft, which encompasses 81 industrial loft style apartments. Our projects- in- progress include URBN@Flagler, a 250 units mixed use rental high rise located at Flagler Village Fort Lauderdale, and a new development project currently in design phase located in the Arts & Entertainment District in Downtown Miami.

Residential

Our focus in the residential arena includes multi family properties and condo-conversions typically in the range of few dozens to few hundreds of units. For the most part we seek deals that enable us to implement our knowledge and experience hence we typically look for value-add opportunities where our long term vision can be couple with repositioning strategies.

Commercial

Our expertise in commercial properties allows us to look at value-add deals from a different angle. We would look for properties that require repositioning and re tenanting with extensive leasing efforts to stabilize the property. Those efforts will couple capital improvements and prudent use of leverage. Our existing portfolio includes the Wells Fargo building in Houston TX and The Forum in West Palm Beach.
