Our experience and familiarity with real estate in general and the South Florida market, in particular, allows us to identify properties that may not appear to be viable at first glance but represent a lucrative opportunity once further development work has been invested. These value-add opportunities are often the best of our offerings because we can acquire them at deep discount prices in relation to prevailing market rates because of the poor investment they represent in their present form and our existing operational experience can turn those around for profitable propositions.

We are interested in land acquisitions with development potential. Our team of architects, land use attorneys and surveyors assist us to understand the potential and the current zoning rights which helps us determine with great accuracy which land properties will appreciate dramatically in the coming years and the best use for those properties.

Distressed Properties

Been very active in the recent real estate crisis has enabled us to develop a strategy when it comes to acquire a distressed real estate property. We can act and close fast in a distressed situation which is what a motivated seller is looking for. We can provide this closing certainty and execute on our plan the very next day after closing.

Notes Purchase

Taho has acquired notes and stepped into the lender position in many cases. We understand the “small details” in such cases and can work with a lender for a smooth transaction. We are looking mostly for non-performing notes that can be liquidated or worked out with the borrower in a swift way.
